Animal keeping (Breeding kennel) - 286 Hendon-Deuchar Road, Deuchar - Lot 16 RP805191

Hello, I am against the proposal Of breeding kennels to be housed at 286 Hendon Deuchar Road.
For a long while the dogs that live at this address where barking both night and day, they were barking constantly, i’m extremely surprised to know how the owners could live so close and let this noise continue. There was absolutely no consideration shown to us, their neighbours and this continued for months, I have to question if the dogs welfare where being considered and met, because it is not normal for dogs to bark like they did for these periods of time. To live in this area became unbearable. It’s amazing how a constant bark can cause high anxiety, even for people that don’t suffer this illness.
From my understanding, the owners are now working with council to minimise this noise, this is in the lines of a barking collar.. I question why these dogs are barking in the first place, and now they are being hushed with barking collars.
actually as I am writing this letter at 11:29 pm Monday night a number of their dogs are still barking. It’s sad when you can hear multiple dogs barking from inside your house with the window shut. To put this in perspective this house address is 286 Hendon deuchar road, These dogs could be heard barking in cullens drive.
For the benefit of this street and our sanity I ask for this proposal to be declined.

I choose to remain anonymous, as we all live in a small area
