We have been living in the area for 9 years now. I always love Ingleburn because it is peaceful and quiet. I don't opposed to any development as it will benefit the people living in the area but the proposed 10 storey residential building will have a huge impact on our living condition. I am a 52 year old man which loves and enjoy natural sunlight. The proposed 10 storey residential building next to our home has a serious concern to me considering the area were I'm living will get populated. It will also block the natural sun light which I love. It will also make our home dark once the building is erected. It will also be potentially prone to rubbishes being thrown into our fence once renters moves in. It also concerns me seriously that we will no longer have the privacy that we love and cherish and this concerns me the most.

Will this make undue noise for the residents across the railway line on Ingleburn Road, Bridgetree Estate and the housing commission units along Bariff Road and residents of Hopping Road, Bainbridge and surrounding streets.? If so I strongly object. Thanks
May I ask why 27 trees need to be removed from this site. Trees beautify and industrial area as well as help to prevent noise pollution from the site impacting on the surrounding area including the Ingleburn Residential Streets on the opposite side of that Industrial Area. In Australia are we not trying to enhance and limit our footprint on nature and our planet? What measures are being taken to limit noise and to restore such massive removal of nature?

Campbelltown Council
To whom it may concern,
We are writing to you in regards to the development at 130 Evelyn Street, Macquarie Fields, Sydney, NSW. Application number 3976/2022/DA-U
We have reviewed the plans and documents provided and have put together the following summary of our concerns:
The proposed development does not fit within the established character of the area and is considered out of context for the locality.
The proposed development results in a substantial impact on the safety of the surrounding neighbourhood.
After carefully inspecting the Statement of Environmental Effects, there a certain number of issues we would like to address.
Suitability of the Site for the Proposed Development
Loss of amenity in a residential area, disruption to the community by a development not suitable to a residential neighbourhood, due to increased density and high turnover of residents
Residential area zoning how can business operation can happen
Adequacy of parking/loading/turning
Traffic generation
Noise and disturbance resulting from use
Smells
Road access
Increased crime due to short term / transient tenants.
Increased traffic and parking issues, what provisions are made in the proposed development for off street residential and visitor parking.
Bus stop is 8 m from front door of this property
increased traffic had the potential to cause a school bus to crash (it is near a school)
Disabled persons' access there is no footpath on this side of street for normal walkabout
I don’t believe there’s sufficient information in the application for ME to understand what’s proposed Also I don’t believe the information being presented is actually correct.

Hi
Myself Amar
I like to object this development for following reasons
1.i live nearby I am entitled to safe and quiet day to day life ,can see this development will affect me and my family specifically my kids safety
2.bus stop mentioned 850M away but actually it is 5 M away from this property
3.this property walls should be checked for accoustic and fire rating
I received information that 26-32 Iolanthe Street has intent to develop and has submitted a planning application to the Campbelltown City Council to build on the land 75 units comprising of 8 levels above ground and 2 levels of underground carparking directly behind Block B of 17 Warby Street, Campbelltown.
This development will impact all resident's and owner's of 17 Warby Street, Campbelltown and surrounding family homes and business'. I am putting forward an accommodation that I believe all parties will be able to benefit to reduce the effects of the development by reducing the height above ground to a maximum of a 5 story building and 2 story underground carparking to mirror the adjacent block of 17 Warby St, Campbelltown with boundary restrictions extended from 6 meters to a minimum of 9 meters from the fence line adjoining 24 Iolanthe Street, Campbelltown and increase the boundary distance at 17 Warby St (Block B) from 9 meters to at last 12 meters to lessen the constant noise pollution from the below 24 hour access carpark and units directly across the full length of the boundary between 17 Warby St and 26-32 Iolanthe Street. A building of the proposed scale will involve years of construction, extreme noise, dust and debris entering our ecosystem causing havoc to the the surrounding residents and Campbelltown Showground green space as well as extreme earth movement causing damage to the buildings that occupy 17 Warby St and surrounding properties via deep earth tremors from excessive drilling and excavating into the ground for the car park as well as causing danger and potentially life threating injuries eg; hearing difficulties, extreme dust flaring up individuals asthma and causing mould to grow due to the need to keep windows closed to avoid further exposure to debris all while the construction of the building is removing all direct sunlight due to the large scale of the building that has been applied for.
The development as it currently stands in application, is going to reap havoc on our unit block and its residents for a minimum of 2 years. The development application has equested an 8 story, 75 unit building to be built along the length of the entire westside of building B obstructing views, All direct day light causing health risk's like mould and vitamin deficiencies and increased use of electricity for heating and cooling, clothes drying and adding to already chaotic congestion along Queen Street due to the potential build being in a cul-de-sac therefore creating difficulties in the flowing of traffic.
Again, less then a month later.
How many centres are too many for Ingleburn ?
Currently we have Little Peoples , The Pines, Community kids, Billy Bear, Papillio, Happy clown, Fox dale.
There has already been many approved DA's : 2 on chester rd either side of Community kids. 1 on macquarie rd opposite The pines. 1 in a small st off kings rd . 1 on albert st.
DA applications in process 1 cumberland rd and now 1 on Carlisle st.
Surely Ingleburn as a community and commercial/industrial hub can not support this many centres.
Please consider if we really need another centre in the ingleburn community. Maybe it would be better suited to the Bardia or Macquarie links areas.

I object to building 3 properties on the same lot, will have parking, and noise issues. Specially council approved 20+ bedroom boarding house just opposite to the house, without considering parking, noise and ignored residents concerns.
I object to the construction of these 3 properties as this is a way to get around building a youth home and building 3 townhouses on the one property will cause environmental impact, lots of vehicles, noise and waste.
I'm happy not to discriminate anyone, as these boarding houses have saved me when I needed it most in my life. Rental prices are extremely high, living cost has risen and many are single. These new accommodations are genuinely nice, modern, more living space than previous boarding houses and close to the railway and buses. I would like to request bike racks as I usually ride a bike to keep me fit and its free.
I do not like to discriminate anyone and stereotype boarding house accommodations. I use to live in one before I had a family. This is how I survived.
Who is to know what type of people are living next to schools, they could be alcoholics, drug addicts etc. I do think it right to descriminate.
I would like to know if there are sufficient parking spaces available for the tenants?
This corner is already a very dangerous corner to navigate with lyndia street being narrow coming off Chester road and when you come out of Lyndia street the cars coming up and down Chester road are blind to you until you are almost in front of them. There are already two childcare centres on that road with one almost being across the road which makes the area already very congested particularly during school drop off and pickup times. It is not appropriate for that block and all other houses on that street were subject to a strict setback so it should be reconsidered as it is dangerous for the area.
This plan has wipe out 228 visitor/commuter parking space (which could be seems on Google map), replace it with 125 visitor parking + 1562.5 resident parking for 1250 apartments. Also it would put stress on the existing road in the area
I would like to suggest consider for
1. at least the same number of visitor/commuter parking space as we have now (they could expand underground carpark for R2 building)
2. wider main road reserve (Goldsmith Avenue) to 24m for dual carriageway with turning pocket and maybe bus stop in the future
3. wider secondary road to 18m for dual roadside (2.5m wide) parking space and turning pocket
4. Macarthur Height developments have average set back of 5m, the purposed 3-4m setback was too few for apartment.
5. parking should be considered for Fitness park at 1:2 ratio (e.g. 2 spaces for each tennis court [max 4 players] and 5 spaces for each basketball court [max 10 players])
6. LandCom was providing Sustainability Rebate in MacArthur Height development for BASIX Energy Score of at least 90. We may expecting this development should reach similar standard, or to set requirement for solar since they are hardly installable by strata divided occupants.
Thank you for taking time reading my comment.
OBJECTION 3868/2017/DA-CW/A
This DA must be refused because it will impact important remant forest trees- this section of trees have collectively been bio certified therefore any removal will undermine confidence in the biocertification scheme and render the scheme worthless
Mount Gilead has been identified as a critical koala crossing by the NSW Chief Scientist and as such no more trees should be removed and the koala protected not fragmented
De watering the dam will lead to flooding in Noorumba Reserve which should not be permitted
The proponent is damaging the ecosystem of south west Sydney with the major vegetation and tree removal, de watering, site remediation and bulk earthworks. The area is suffering from urban heat and flooding extremes and the council must take these health issues seriously
I have not made a donation to any councillor or political party
Please make sure this is not cutting koala corridors as per the Chief Scientist's Advice.
We don't need more houses around here.keep the trees and save the koalas
As a parent several small children, who regularly walks along jacaranda Ave, I have already found this intersection highly problematic during high traffic times such as before and after school.
Currently during these high peak times the corner of Jacaranda and Tallowwood is inundated by Sherwood Baptist school families dropping off and picking up. Along with these families traffic is further swollen with the families from Bradbury Public school, situated further up Jacaranda Ave plus multiple buses (suburb and school) as well as the daily commercial requirements of the Bradbury Shopping complex and traffic requirements (e.g. U-turns from vehicles travelling along the south bound lane) of Macarthur Disability Service.
Further complicating this interaction is that the entrance to the Bradbury Shopping Complex and Tallowwood Crescent does not perfectly line up. It can be, at times, extremely difficult to anticipate a car leaving the shopping complex and entering Tallowwood Crescent and vice versa. Including an addition of a third service, into this already complex set up with significant changes to traffic requirements can only result in tragic outcomes in the future.
Is the carpark integrated into the plan enough to cover both staff parking and client or will the staff be required to park along the streets already required for the drop off and pick up for the students of Sherwood Baptist School. Parking that is already limited by the near by bus stop on Jacaranda Ave.
I also have questions and concerns about how well a two story commercial building will integrate into an area of low density, single story, housing. The only second story commercial building within this location is attached to the Sherwood Baptist School and is set at the back off of the school site, bringing it in line with the shopping complex rather than the domestic residence along Jacaranda.
Finally I have reservations around the viability of a commercial business that has very specific clientele in a suburb that has had a sustained <10% for under 5 demographic, within an area that has been adequately able to meet the care requirements of <10%, to the point that surrounding centres either have current vacancies or minimal placement wait lists.
Not the best location for it. With the driveway to the shopping complex, entry to the school and church, MDS vehicles using Tallowwood to do a U-turn to get into their driveway and the number of cars parked on the road this intersection is already a nightmare.
Not a good idea as traffic is already bad in th area due to the 2 schools and existing preschool
If the council care about the residents this should not go ahead in the location
The last thing the area needs is a three level “ boarding house. Parking is always not adequate as everyone has at least 1 car.

I totally agree with these structures, if they’re run professionally, within our community, making affordable accommodation available within the guidelines of the affordable living standards, is an asset to the Campbelltown region.
Having the relevant infrastructure ie transport corridors, hospital, shops available is also an asset.
Cheers

Such a shame. Beautiful little old house has so much potential. Another cement slabs & concrete building going up. More future kids sitting on phones & xboxes or hanging around streets with no yard to play or friends to come hang out. So glad I wasn’t bought up in this generation.
6/9 is already a liquor shop and has been for a while, this would just be an upgrade so it looks nicer. It's very close to one of the worst areas in Campbelltown and antisocial behaviour there won't stop regardless. People shouldn't be Karen's and should be thankful they are trying to make it look nicer.
