PROPOSED MODIFICATION: 1. Category 1 fire upgrades including addressing smoke exhaust plant on the roof of the existing buildings & Stage 1 Building; 2. Changes to the layout of the approved fire pump room, fire control centre and external fire storage tank, including removal of one (1) fire tank and removal of steel grillage screening around the tank; 11. Additional roof access ladder to the eastern façade of the Stage 1 building from the administration building roof; 12. Relocation of the staff amenities area from the east to the south of the admin building inclusive of a new shade structure; 13. New gas meter and enclosure located in northeastern corner; 14. Addition of future lift allocation in admin building; and, 15. Exhaust pipes added above the finished roof [s4.55(1A)].
