If this application does not have a request to reduce the height of the complex while reducing the number of units, it should NOT proceed and the previous application should lapse. I live on the 5th Floor of the LIDA Apartments and the previously proposed complex will obstruct my view. I therefore request the City of Perth NOT to grant this application and allow the previous one to lapse.
