Patio constructed as per building permit. Subsequently a storage loft was added which appears required prior authorisation. The loft was built as part of an overall plan to upgrade the patio and convert it to a Class 1A Sunroom extension. These plans have been certified separately and the BA3 submitted in conjunction with the BA18. The loft was inspected by an Engineer and was deemed suitable and providing lateral stability to the patio. The loft was subsequently inspected and certified by Building Surveyor.
