The winery was established in 2019 with the first harvest in 2024. The building is two storey, the basement level will be used for the storage of full wine bottles on pallets and the upper level will be used as a showroom for the presentation of the winery’s products to sommeliers and industry professionals and is not intended to act as a cellar door for sales to the public. The winery was established in 2019 with the first harvest in 2024 Construction methods will be pre-cast or in-situ concrete with the visible upper section walls featuring a ‘board-marked’ finish.
