Description

Section 4.55(1A) modification of DA/738/2016 (as amended) for a mixed-use development. The modifications include: Amendments to the approved plans for Level 12 to clarify the intended land uses and activities, specifically, the addition of hotel bar premises, known as the Aqua Bar, which will be open to the public, and ‘Marriott Club (M Club)’, which will be exclusive to hotel guests. Both will be licensed under the Liquor Act 2007 through a broader hotel license; Extension of the approved hours of operation for all indoor hotel venues to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including for servicing and deliveries in the hotel loading dock area and the relevant basement level; Extension of the approved hours of operation for the Level 12 outdoor areas (for the Public Bar and M Club) to operate between 6:00am and 12:00 midnight, seven days a week; Permit live music within the hotel indoor and outdoor areas including the Aqua Bar and M Club.
