I object to this application on the basis of inadequate on-site parking provision.

The property does not have a functional garage, as it has been converted into additional living space. As a result, the lot is unable to provide exclusive on-site parking for guests associated with the proposed short-term accommodation use.
Guests have been observed parking on common property directly in front of the lot, which has caused obstruction to the common driveway and created ongoing access issues within the strata scheme. I understand that advice has been given for guests to instead park on Hastings Street, which further indicates reliance on off-site parking due to the lack of suitable on-site provision.
The absence of a garage or equivalent dedicated parking area places additional pressure on limited parking resources within the complex and adversely impacts amenity, access, and safety for other residents.
For these reasons, I request that the application be carefully assessed with regard to parking adequacy and the broader impact on the functionality of the strata scheme.

ok, so this street has NO street parking , is a RESIDENTIAL area , and there is already overcrowding in the street with other residents parking illegally in other complexes . NO I would not approve this change of use in an area wher the council does not provide street parking
