This block, if allowed to go ahead into 3 blocks, will now each be under the 400m2 threshold within this suburb of low density housing (Ashmore) where these lot sizes are not standard. It is not possible to fulfil the below requirements and within keeping of the community, thus I lodge a complaint against this block being divided into 3 dwellings.

Will the Council assesses the proposal to ensure it can accommodate:
1. a functional home.
2. Site Coverage: Often restricted (e.g., to a maximum of 50%).
3. Setbacks: Smaller lots come with different setback requirements than standard properties, generally ranging from 1\(m\) to 1.5\(m\) for side boundaries.
4. Design & Access: Safe vehicle access, private open space (typically at least 25\(m^{2}\)), and functional building designs
