Over 40 stories, with 3 other Morris towers within a block, without green boundaries, strangles the surrounding 3 story walk ups of sunshine and will create more wind tunnels. Street parking is already tough for the average workers living in the affordable 3 story walk up units - will this building add amenity to the neighbourhood like extra parking etc.?

This is true Jenny, so many of us living in the 2/3 story walk ups are surrounded by the monstrous high rise, quality of life has changed immeasurably.
