Existing permit allows: Construct a building or construct or carry out works in a Commercial 2 Zone (C2Z), construct a building or construct or carry out works in a Design and Development Overlay (DDO8), and; Reduce the number of car parking spaces required under Clause 52.06, generally in accordance with the endorsed plans and subject to the following conditions. Proposed amendments: Construction of a 8 storey building above one level of basement, use of land for a Store (Self-storage), amending the address of the land in the permit to include 49-51 and 53 Tope Street, South Melbourne, amending the existing preamble to reference the new use permission (Store), and amending Condition 8 of the existing permit to reflect a change in project architect, subject to the following permissions: - Clause 34.02-1 - Use of land for a Store (Self-storage) in the Commercial 2 Zone. - Clause 34.02-4 - Construct a building or construct or carry out works in the Commercial 2 Zone. - Clause 43.02-2 - Construct a building or construct or carry out works on land affected by the Design and Development Overlay (Schedule 8). - Clause 44.05-2 - Construct a building or construct or carry out works on land affected by the Special Building Overlay (Schedule 2).
