The previous 14 storey Bowline proposal didn't look too bad but I believe this site now has a DA for an ugly 43 story high rise building which I think looks quite out of place. I only found out about this from another resident. Why is your website still showing it as 14 storey? Am I mistaken?? Given the location quite near the harbour what does this mean for foundations? How much parking has been allowed for? I am a Wickham resident and given what I have seen I am dead against the 43 storey building being proposed.
