If this location as per pin drop on inset map is going to be another petrol outlet then
(a) we are very well serviced by petrol outlets in this area and don't require another one.
(b) This is an extremely busy section of Thompson's Road and would be a traffic nightmare.
(c) There is a Retirement Village spread over the corner with an entrance off Thompson's Road which would add to the chaos that having a petrol station at this location would bring.
I sincerely hope that Casey Council's Traffic planning engineers have a first hand inspection at peak hour at this location.
