The modifications include alterations to the approved community facility building to incorporate deletion of the ponds to the rooftop to create a flat non-trafficable roof with new rooftop plant enclosure above hall, remove skylights, facade changes to the library building, new deck and pergola roof to hall, new roof/awning to courtyard area and internal reconfigurations to the hall including new materials and openings to the hall.
