Address: 364-368 Wellington Street, COLLINGWOOD VIC 3066 - Property No 319460 Brief scope of works- - Replacement of 4x timber colonial windows to front and side of building due to the existing damage/flaking/rotting. New windows to be double hung colonial bar windows with bullnose sash horns on outside. Colour- White 16 - All the white parapet painted areas to the façade of the building to be sanded down and repainted. Colour to match existing. - Replace or rectify the existing Y letter in 'Young' and E letter in 'Centre' on the front entry sign to the facility due to existing damage. - Paint whole signage to match existing. Black for 'The Salvation Army', Light Blue for 'Young Peoples Halls & Youth Centre' and White for the surroundings to match existing paint.
