Description
Council issued the Planning Permit D/1033/2016 that allowed for the construction of a second dwelling at the rear of the property. We are now seeking a Permit for the subsequent subdivision. I spoke to a Duty Planner on 25/09/2025 who looked up the files and advised that we only needed to provide evidence from the Building Surveyor that the development has been satisfactorily completed. The lot boundaries are derived from the endorsed development plans. We have created an area of Common Property No.1 at the front of the site to cover meters and service connections to the lots.
