If this approved then may as well say good bye to 150 years of careful planning. 5 townhouses 4 of which are 3 stories? On a suburban block. Although large it is not on a corner or on a main road or in a activity zone but right amongst normal houses. Feel sorry for the value of the house next door which will be in shade all year...
