I support of DA/2026/0288.

Petersham is well-served by public transport, walkable to shops and services, and in genuine need of more housing. Converting a single detached dwelling into 11-room co-living accommodation is exactly the kind of infill intensification that makes sense in this location, it adds homes without sprawl, on an existing residential lot, in an established neighbourhood.

The proposal's scale is appropriate and the change of use is a net positive for housing supply. I urge Council to approve it.
