I disagree with allowing change of use with this property.
A/The property is a house, not a unit, and should remain as a private house.
B/ Launceston has an urgent housing crisis and rentals are increasingly becoming scarce. As a result, rents are increasing to unaffordable levels.
Launceston desperately needs more long-term rentals,not short-term Air B&B’s.
I hope LCC will take the above comments into consideration and deny this application.
