We and the majority of people living in the Mooloolah valley chose to reside in this area because we enjoy a peacful, quiet exsistance which is rarely disturbed.I am not aware of a trail motorcycle that is quiet. The more the noiser.I object to this application on the grounds that it will adversely affect the ambience we enjoy at present.

I am writing to formally object to the proposed development of a trail bike track on land near my home.
Residents have chosen to live here specifically for its peaceful, nature-based environment. The tranquillity of this community is not incidental, it is the very reason people have invested in and built their lives here.
The introduction of a trail bike track would significantly and negatively impact this environment. The noise generated by trail bikes, particularly on weekends would be constant, intrusive, and incompatible with the quiet rural character of the area. What is currently a space for rest, connection to nature, and low-impact living would be fundamentally altered.
Beyond noise, there are also concerns about increased traffic, safety risks, environmental degradation, and the broader loss of amenity for residents. Wildlife disruption and the potential for erosion and land damage are also important considerations in a landscape that many of us actively care for and maintain.
This proposal does not align with the existing character of the area or the expectations of the community who live here. Approving such a development would disregard the rights of residents to enjoy the peaceful use of their properties.
I strongly urge you to reconsider this proposal and to prioritise the preservation of the quiet, natural environment that defines this community.
Sincerely,
Richard and Judith Wolski Neill Road Diamond Valley
I have lived in Mooloolah for over 20 years. My wife and I moved here from Sippy Downs simply because we wanted to live in a quiet regional area. Mooloolah was the best spot we could find being a tranquil locality in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
Unfortunately with development over the past 20 years more people have moved into this area bringing with them the ills of the modern world. We now suffer almost on a daily basis youngsters riding motor bikes up and down our street with no protective gear on and frequently racing each other and trying to ride on one wheel. We are also entertained by motor bikes near here being "tuned" on a regular basis.
What in Gods name would we wish to see a Tail Bike Adventures Park established close by.
We wish to lodge an objection to this proposed development as it is totally inappropriate in this residential area. Trail Bikes belong in the BUSH, not Mooloolah.
