The prospect of a 2 storey child minding centre at 33 Quinalup Street is a very bad idea.
The traffic volume that this will create between the hours of 7am and 6pm will turn a quiet, tranquil street into a noisy congested one.
I am sure that all residents along this street share this sentiment and like me don't wish to see their quiet lifestyle compromised.
Can I suggest two alternatives:-
(a) Extending the existing child car centre at Orana Rd
OR
(b) Building a site in the Gwandalan Public School precinct
Both sites could easily accommodate traffic noise and not impact on residents.
