I write in support of Development Application DA26/0203 at 2B Rosewood Avenue, Bogangar.
I believe the proposed development is appropriate for the area and provides a positive contribution to the local community. The lack of houseing supply in the area is of great concern .
In particular:
The design appears consistent with the surrounding built form and evolving character of the area
The proposal contributes to increased housing supply, which is needed locally
The scale and layout particularly for the shape of thr land provides such great use of it.
Overall, I support the approval of this development.
The development is in alignment of the new projects in the street .
