Description

Remove one (1) Ficus sp. From the eastern side of the building and replace with two (2) small-sized local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree is comparatively small for its species however it has the potential to reach massive proportions. It has insufficient space to mature; its trunk is against the retaining wall which it will will inevitably impact. It is recommended that this tree is removed and replaced before it damages surrounding structures.
