- Remove one (1) Cinnamomum camphora (Camphor Laurel) at the front of the building replace with one (1) medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. Camphor: This tree has likely germinated from a bird dropping and is impacting the building. It is only semi-mature however it has the potential to reach much larger proportions which will cause ongoing to infrastructure. The tree also has poor structure and has co-dominant stems emanating from air ground level with an inclusion near the base. Prune one (1) Quercus ilex (Holm Oak) at the back of the building.
