Remove one (1) Archontophoenix cunninghamiana (Bangalow Palm) from the backyard, adjacent to the north fence and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection this Palm was assessed to be in fair health with sections of its canopy exhibiting signs of being affected by pathogen Fusarium Wilt. It is also between the northern boundary fence and the pool which it will damage as the palm's trunk expands.
