To enable this subdivision, it is proposed that Stage 1A subdivision being the subdivision of Lot 2 DP795119 (owned by the NSW Department of Educa!on) is required to create three lots, one for road and one for landscaping, and the residue of Lot 2 DP795119, to be retained by the NSW Department of Education.
