Objection to Proposed Development – 241, 243 and 245 Blacktown Road

To Whom It May Concern,

I wish to lodge an objection to the proposed two-storey development at 241, 243 and 245 Blacktown Road. A similar proposal for these properties was submitted approximately four to five years ago and was rejected, and the concerns that existed then still remain.

This area is a quiet residential neighbourhood located close to a school and a childcare centre within walking distance. A development that involves people frequently coming and going would increase traffic, parking congestion and noise, creating safety concerns for children and families in the area.

A two-storey building would also impact the privacy and residential character of the surrounding homes. For these reasons, I respectfully request that Council decline approval for this proposal.

Kind regards,
Judy Gorman
