St Sadoona is building owner, Al-Sanaty is leasing the space. We are seeking to delete condition 1.3.1 under the DA and have this change of use modifcation extended or made permanent (see email attached). The usage and conditions remain the same. Consent has not lapsed as it has been extended in response to Covid (as on NSW website).
