- The proposed activity involves using a Franna crane to unload materials at the site. The crane will be positioned primarily within the site; however, during lifting operations it will be required to set up predominantly on the roadway for short durations of approximately 5–10 minutes per lift. During each lift, the crane will occupy the majority of the road width because the delivery truck will be positioned on the opposite side of the roadway. Traffic will be managed under Stop/Slow control only for the duration of each lift, and the roadway will return to normal conditions immediately following unloading.
