Another dual occupancy development. I have no base problem with this type of development. The Parramatta wants to double its population which is great for rate revenue, but what are they proposing to facilitate these additional people. Children placements in local schools, the passage of the vehicles that come with each bedroom, caravans, boats, box trailers etc parked along already full kerbs. I just don't think a great deal of thought has gone into the concept.
