Very happy to support the Red Box theatre. As a local, people often ask me what's in that building and when can they attend a show there. Sadly it has not been permitted in the past. Wonderful to activate cultural events where the Greenway and the Bay Run intersect. Proximity to Leichhardt North Light Rail station will also assist with accessibility so I don't forsee too much problem with parking.
