I fully recommend that this dwelling be demolished as the structure is falling down and becoming dangerous. The current owner has spent many hours and dollars to try and keep this house presentable. Unfortunately the time has come to replace this house.
I have looked at the proposed design of the new house. It is amazing and will compliment muddy lane and the surrounding areas. Also tidying up the current eyesaw that is seen on the very busy road.
I fully support this application.
