Description

Remove one (1) Mangifera indica (Mango tree) in the backyard, on the south-west boundary, and replace with one (1) small/medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree has quickly succumbed to poor health due to cause unknown. There are some green stems and new foliage growth however it is minimal. It is recommended that the applicant obtains a Health and Condition report from an AQF Level 5 arborist to determine a cause of the tree's ill health as well as ongoing remediation/maintenance measures.
