You should approve this. Council should also redo that whole block up from Mungo Scott Place to Old Canterbury Road to turn it into something other than low density industrial.

Looks nice, strongly support
So Sydney YIMBY doesn't want local jobs, just developer profits and a hotel. Local jobs matter. I urge council to reject this proposal as it's dangerous with regards to traffic and completely out of character for the area. It's already been rejected once. A hotel is not housing.
If this is a hotel development, then it must comply with the requirement to provide adequate parking spaces. If the development fails to comply it should be rejected.
This is particularly relevant, given the scarcity of street parking in the immediate area.
It seems bizarre that the traffic report claims that the "hotel" is not expected to be fully let!?! The revised application looks like a stealthy attempt to create a boarding house by another name.
The applicant should find a better way to introduce medium density housing to the site.
