I would like to place an objection to the multi storey building to be erected on this site.
The 15 stories will impact my building and the surrounding structures with major light reduction and increased traffic in the already very busy area.
The application for a reduction in car parking spaces within the boundaries of the planned structure will greatly impact the already limited availability of car parking spaces in the vicinity of Frankston.
It is my understanding that after the overlay for the area was completed, council placed a limit of 12 story height for buildings as a maximum in the area.

I object to the size and scale of this development. If approved by Council, the building height should be limited to the same as the Horizon building at 1 Plowman Place. Further, parking must be provided on the property as there is already a shortage of street and car parks on Friday and Saturdays when all four pubs on the corner of Davey Street and Nepean Hwy are busy, also when Council has public events on the foreshore. Any approval must also consider the views and amenity of owners and tenants in the Horizon building such that the value of our properties is not materially affected by a reduction in our views and privacy. Council also needs to consider the impact on traffic flows for access to the proposed building given the existing limitations in flows for customers of the four pubs and the existing development.
