Proposal is to construct a gravel road up to the lot with a cul-de-sac on Flavelle Street( which is unformed at the moment) and create two lots, one (Lot 1301) with access from Ridge Street and the other(lot 1302) with access from Flavelle Street. Detailed drawings will be provided.
