Description

Remove one (1) Magnolia grandiflora (Bull-bay Magnolia) from the backyard, adjacent to the boundary with 31 Bourke Street and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree is only small however it is already impacting the guttering of the ancillary building; as the tree matures and the trunk expands it will cause ongoing damage.
