102 MacPherson Street, Bronte NSW 2024
- Description
- Remove one (1) Callistemon viminalis (Weeping Bottlebrush) and one (1) Pittosporum tobira (Japanese Cheesewood) from the front yard, adjacent to the boundary with 98 Macpherson Street and replace with two (2) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. Callistemon: This tree presents in poor structure and health; it has woody canopy of mostly epicormic growth resulting from consistent pruning away from the electricity wires. It also has inclusions throughout the main leaders and tight unions which increases the tree’s risk of failure as it matures. Pittosporum: This tree presents in poor health and is a poor specimen; it has a sparse canopy with approximately 20% live foliage and there is decay throughout the main leaders.
