- The Roller Mill Building will be 4 levels of approx 280m2 each, ground plus 3, and will house the new proposed mill lines. The structure will be constructed using a structural steel frame with concrete floor slabs poured in situ. A full height precast wall will be provided between the new mill building and the existing facility. The remained of the mill building will be cladding with metal sheeting. A concrete fire isolated stair shaft will be provided external to the 280m2 footprint and will service each level. The overall height of the new mill building is approximately 20m
