I strongly support DA/2025/1134. This is exactly the kind of well-located development Sydney needs to help tackle the housing crisis.
The proposal for an eight-storey building is a perfect fit for this site, given its excellent access to infrastructure:
- There’s a bus stop right out front and Petersham station is only a short walk away.
- It’s just around the corner from the New Canterbury Road shopping strip, which will encourage residents to shop locally.
Boosting density in such a well-connected spot is a common-sense way to provide more homes while reducing car dependency. This is a great result for the Inner West.
