- Remove four (4) Cupressus sempervirens (Mediterranean Cypress) from the backyard, adjacent to the pool and right side boundary fence and replace with four (4) medium-sized, local native trees, from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These trees were initially planted as a hedge however they have not been maintained as such and are now mature trees. They have sparse woody canopies and are in fair health with poor structure. They contribute minimally to habitat and environmental amenity and have low retention and landscape value.
