Description

Remove one (1) Ficus microcarpa var. 'Hillii' (Hills Weeping Fig) from the north garden alley and replace with one (1) small/medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree has escaped from a pot plant and has poor root structure as a result. It is in an unsuitable location and will soon be pressing against the boundary fence. It has insufficient space to mature without causing ongoing damage to infrastructure. Prune one (1) Eucaluptus sp (Gum tree) from the North-East corner of block and prune one (1) Ficus microcarpa var. 'Hillii' (Hills Weeping Fig) from the northern/mid boundary.
