I note on the town planning report by Planpro Town Planning that it notes the existing structure as a 125m2 shed in the rear south-western corner of the property. The structure is 695m2 as per previous planning approvals.
This site is classified ecosystem 12.9-10.12, Vegetation management Act class endangered, and biodiversity status endangered. As such, all the trees on the property are vitally important to the ecosystem and should not be felled lightly. It contains Koala trees. The removal of important trees to place an additional structure, which is in excess of the m2 allowed, would seem excessive and unreasonable.
We would appreciate it if trees between the proposed home and the boundary were preserved to maintain some privacy. Bad enough we have to look at the eyesore rusty truck on its pedestal on the front boundary!
