I support this development and the increase in housing supply it’ll bring to the area.

My only feedback is that this address is perfectly suited for medium density housing. It’s right across from Camperdown Memorial Rest Park and just a short walk to the shops, King St buses, and Newtown station. It would be fantastic if the scope of the development could be increased.

I agree with Benjamin Cullen’s comments - this is a fabulous site and we should be making more of it by building something medium density.

As it stands, I support the DA because it does at least increase housing in Newtown, but I do so rather halfheartedly for the reasons above. The ball’s in your court Inner West Council.
