I support this development and its contribution to local housing. However, I believe the site is better suited to medium-density housing.

With Parramatta Road buses, Leichhardt Marketplace, Norton St, and the light rail all within walking distance, it’s a prime spot for something more substantial. I’d love to see the scope increased to make the most of such a well-connected location.

I support the owner of this block converting this vacant commercial premise into a new home. Not everything needs to be about increasing density. An eclectic mix of housing is what makes the Inner West a great place to work, live and play.
