My neighbours in 17 Coopernook Ave Gymea Bay asked me to have a look at this new DA and the ramifications of the new structure that is to be built . I believe as they have pointed out that they will lose up to ninety percent of their view if this DA goes ahead .This will obviously reduce the beautiful visual aspects of their home and significantly reduce the value of their property.
