The Proposed development doesnt suit the amenity of the area, there is an insufficient available water supply for Fire Suppression in the immediate vicinity. The proposed transportable buildings are of the type commonly used in the mining industry, the Number of Parking spaces is Excessive, as one of the immediately affected Neighbours I would like to Object to this application proceeding. The area is Not a Commercial Zone, it is Neighbourhood Zoning.
