Description

Section 4.55 (1A) Modification of Development Consent No DA0514/23 - Change of use and fit-out of an existing farm building into a café with ancillary farm gate shop, outdoor picnic area and associated at-grade & basement car parking. The proposal also includes associated earthworks, retaining walls and landscaping, This modification seeks to Stage the Development, Stage 1 being the at grade parking arrangements associated with the café and farmgate premises have been updated to provide eight parking spaces including one accessible space. Due the reduced scope, patronage and intensity of the Stage 1 component of the development, the existing gravel ingress driveway and parking surface is proposed to remain as existing. Stage 2 being the restaurant pavilion and associated parking.
