Are we now back to square one with a DA to subdivide 11 Bergman St into 2 lots? The previous DA was for 8 townhouses on a single block which didn't comply with the planning scheme and had an illegal and hazardous access on Bergman St.
As to what is being proposed for each lot is unknown at this stage as are the access proposals.
The DA Tracker states that the subdivision is Code Assessable whereas the the previous DA for 11 Bergman St was Impact Assessable. The council needs to explain the change.
