- Remove one (1) Angophora costata (Sydney Red Gum) from the backyard and replace with one (1) medium-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree has succumbed to poor health, the cause was unable to be determined at the time of the Visual Tree Assessment. The canopy had approximately 20% foliage with the rest of the canopy comprising of dead branches with delaminating bark. This tree has minimal chance of recovering health, to eliminate the increased risk of dead branches dropping its removal is recommended.
